Bring your frozen Sourdough back to life.

Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan-forced.

Remove bread from vac-sealed bag. Run under cold water for approximately 15 seconds.

Place directly on oven rack, towards the middle so air can circulate. Bake for 25 minutes.

Turn off oven and let it rest for a further 5 minutes.

Remove and let cool for at least 30 minutes.
